You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use NightCakes. By entering the site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that accessing adult content is legal where you are.

Memberships unlock the NightCakes video library for the period purchased. The library changes over time: new videos are added and older ones may be retired or removed. A membership gives access to the library as it is during the period you paid for, not to any particular video permanently.

To help resolve payment disputes, we record when a signed-in member opens a video (see the Privacy Policy).

Payments are processed by our payment partners (card: CCBill; crypto: NOWPayments); refunds and chargebacks end the access that payment granted. Sharing an account is not permitted.

You agree not to scrape, mirror, or overload the site, not to circumvent the age verification, and not to use the site in any unlawful manner. We may suspend access at our discretion.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NightCakes disclaims liability for any damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
