All videos on NightCakes are produced for NightCakes and hosted by us, so we can remove them entirely.

If you are a rights holder and believe content on NightCakes infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@nightcakes.com containing: (1) the URL(s) of the page(s) on NightCakes; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

Valid notices are actioned within 48 hours by unpublishing the video.

Every video page has a "Report" button. Reports of suspected minors or non-consensual content hide the video immediately, pending review; copyright reports are reviewed within 48 hours. You can also e-mail formal notices to the address above.

Suspected child sexual abuse material is removed at once and reported to the relevant authorities (NCMEC CyberTipline / IWF).
